Our basic service rates are as follows.
Network Technical Consulting | €125/hour, discounts available for 10 or more hours. Availability is on a best-effort basis (service scheduling is prioritized for our NetCare customers, and customers with network-down emergencies), but we can normally accommodate requests for specific arrival times, and specific technicians. |
NetCare Managed Services Contracts | Our NetCare Managed Services contracts are based on custom pricing, based on the size of your network, types of systems, and your unique service needs. In addition to a proactive approach, NetCare customers enjoy our lowest standard hourly labor rates. If you’re interested in a proactive network management approach, and want to end the “firefighting” approach, or just want a second set of eyes watching things and available for redundancy and vacation coverage, please contact us to inquire about a NetCare contract, and leave the worrying to us. |
In-Office Repair | €85 per hour, 1 hour minimum. |
Field Repair | €90 per hour, 1 hour minimum, plus applicable travel (see below). |
Manufactuer Warranty Services | No charge to customer for products purchased by us. If customer is not covered under warranty for on-site services, customer will be required to pay for services, but not parts, or can bring the equipment into our office for services. |
CAT 6, 5/5e, 3 Cable and Fiber Optic Installation | Pricing is custom, based on requirements of each job. Average pricing is €90-120 per faceplate, depending on requirements. Hourly labor rate is €75, 1 hour minium. For a custom proposal, please contact. |
Phone and Email Support | Charged at applicable hourly rate for the service type provided, charged in 15-minute increments. NetCare clients are charged at their NetCare helpdesk rate (normally €70/hour). |
NetCare Emergency Services | Charged per-incident on an hourly basis with a 2-hour minimum at twice customer’s prevailing hourly NetCare rate (normally $125/hour, but this rate will be lower for our NetCare clients). Fifteen minute response time, billed in 15-minute increments. |
After-Hours Services (non-NetCare customers) | Charged at twice the standard applicable hourly rate, billed hourly, with a 1-hour minimum. Services must be scheduled in advance. |
Full Day Rate | Varies. Available only under pre-negotiated projects. |
Travel & Mileage | • Professional SE and IT services: billed at applicable hourly rate, after 30 minutes travel, each way, to/from our nearest office.
• Repair and Warranty Services: subject to a $25 minimum trip charge for the first 15 km of travel from our nearest office. Beyond 15 KM (or 30 minutes of travel), we charge $50/hour of travel, billed in quarter-hour increments. |
